Hear from Individuals

"I have personally seen a stigma around people that have disabilities like exclusion and being treated differently. As a sister with siblings that have disabilities, I know that there are many reasons for how a person develops and learns but one important thing  for a well being is their environment. Thinking about how people express them self and learn from their peers, family and friends play an important role in their lives. With an activity like hiking you can get multiple benefits like, exploring nature, having fun, bonding with friends and family, being in a new environment  as well being aware of your surrounding."
