The message:
People with disabilities are less likely to engage in regular moderate physical activity than people without disabilities. Inclusive trails, give resources like fun interactive activities for anybody to do and try. With these activities, it gives individuals to learn about there surroundings, the textures nature has and as well to stay physically in shape. We made many activities to do with body awareness, how we can calm down whenever we are feeling anxious, fine motor activities, bingo, and what is safe. Being in the outdoors, nature itself is a natural relaxer and helps ease your mind from any challenges.
